Smart office
The solution is coworking, consisting of fixed offices and common service spaces.
Together they make up the main product - a smart office. Tenants of smart offices receive a high-quality and diverse work infrastructure, previously available only to large corporations, due to which they can attract more demanding and qualified personnel. On the principle of smart offices, all modern successful coworking spaces in the world are developing.
To provide customers with a required individual solution and opportunity to change office configurations for current or new tenants quickly and inexpensively, this concept of “flexible workspace” comprising architectural tool and a set of principles for organizing offices has been developed.
We organized an oasis with meeting rooms and a lounge in a garden.
Materials:
The color scheme includes dark natural materials.
Main 2 colors are black and green. This colors were chosen to perform the magical atmosphere of the night garden.
